Important information for your planning
- Set-up and dismantling is only permitted between 07:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.. On Thursday, 07.05.2026, dismantling is permitted until 10:00 p.m..
- No passes are required for the set-up and dismantling periods. (Addendum: However, you must be able to identify yourself with your personal documents, such as your passport or identity card.)
- On the last set-up day, stand construction must be completed by 8:00 p.m. so that the hall can be cleaned.
- Early setup on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, and Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and pre-planned extension hours during early and regular setup and dismantling must be requested via the Messe Stuttgart online ordering portal. => www.stuttgartmesseserviceportal.de.
- If there is a short-term need to request additional hours on site, you can do so until 1:00 p.m. on the respective day at the hall manager's office, north side of the hall, Gate 8.
